These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Taksim's budgeting web and mobile applications. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2.The service
Taksim is a personal budgeting tool for recording transactions, setting category budgets, tracking recurring payments and savings goals, and viewing monthly reports, with an optional Google Calendar and Tasks agenda. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
3.Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Taksim.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt or reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You may connect AI assistants and MCP clients only through the tokens and authorizations Taksim provides.
5.Your content and data
You own the budget records and content you enter. You grant Taksim only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that data so the service can function for you.
6.Third-party integrations
When you connect Google or authorize an MCP client or connected app, your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's terms. You are responsible for the access you grant and can revoke it at any time from Settings.
7.No financial advice
Taksim is a tracking and organization tool, not a source of financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on the data you enter are your own responsibility.
8.Availability
We work to keep Taksim available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or update features at any time.
9.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Taksim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.
10.Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the service or other users.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, with the effective date shown above.
